ScanPayGo is Waitrose & Partner's in-store scanning app. I worked in the ScanPayGo team from from 2020-2022 from its initial concept through to MVP release. My responsibilities spanned the entire product design lifecycle, including user research, wireframing, user journey mapping, Figma designs, prototyping, user testing etc
